Safety and Disinfection Pool Systems

At Splash Swim School, we go to great lengths to keep your family safe while they learn the joys of swimming. We employ a wide range of different systems that filter and disinfect our water and strictly follow all guidelines and rules put forth by the state of California and the CDC. Learn more about our filtration systems here. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to give us a call. We’re always happy to chat with parents about how we’re keeping our pools safe and secure.

Defender filter

Pool Filtration

Our Defender pool filtration system removes particles down to one micron in size. This exceptional filter is made especially for heavy bather loads due to its increased filter area and dirt holding capacity. No matter how many kids learned to swim today, the water remains clean and filtered.

UV light

UV Disinfection

We use ultraviolet light for disinfection and removing organic and inorganic contaminants in the pool. It’s also effective in removing and inactivating a wide range of microorganisms that can live in pool water. Our high-quality Delta brand UV filtration allows us to keep your family safe while they swim.

Full-Time Facility Management

Our team closely monitors our pool chemistry to ensure that all water is balanced correctly and up to code. We manually check the chemicals at the beginning and end of every shift. We also employ a full-time facilities manager to maintain both facilities are kept at the highest safety and cleanliness standards. They are certified pool operators (CPO) and trained in the most advanced techniques in safety, water chemistry, maintenance, and management of pool operations.

Reverse Osmosis Filtration

The first method of filtering our pool water is through reverse osmosis. This technology conserves water while lowering calcium hardness total dissolved solids (TDS) such as cyanuric acid, salts, waterborne diseases, and phosphates.
